Appointment to the Tundra Semiconductor Board of Directors

OTTAWA, Ontario - Tundra Semiconductor Corporation (TSX:TUN), the world leader in System Interconnect, today announced the appointment of Terry Nickerson to the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Nickerson's career has included 18 years with IBM Canada, culminating as General Manager of the Don Mills IBM Plant, 6 years at Northern Telecom in various Senior Financial Roles, and most recently as Chief Financial Officer of ATI Technologies. Mr. Nickerson previously held four director positions at; Telular Canada, Intepac Corporation, Adam Technologies and Americlean Systems.

Mr. Chowaniec also announced today that Jim Roche has resigned from the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Roche previously held the position of President and CEO of Tundra and was a Director of the Company.
