Constellation Software Inc. Announces Acquisition of Advanced Utility Systems Corporation
TORONTO - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris"), a leading provider of financial, customer and student information management software solutions for utilities, local governments and schools, has purchased Advanced Utility Systems Corporation ("Advanced").As a result of the purchase, Advanced and its flagship CIS Infinity products are now part of the overall Harris portfolio of solutions. Advanced will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris and will continue to sell, develop, enhance, support and service CIS Infinity.

"We welcome the Advanced customers, employees and products to the Harris family. We will continue to provide Advanced's outstanding solutions to new prospects and will support and expand the level of services and solutions available to its customer base."
"In completing this deal we have now concluded the probable acquisition that we noted in our final prospectus," said Barry Symons, Chief Financial Officer. "Advanced, marks our fifth acquisition so far in 2006."
