Founded in November 1999 by
Victor Nishi and Douglas Hyde, Crossdraw was born as an extension of their previous
successful venture, RFI (Resource Futures International)-an Ottawa-based consulting firm
that has developed information management systems since 1989. The Crossdraw team continues
to grow exponentially and has recently unveiled their latest offerings - Orchestra by
Crossdraw v3.0 and InConcert v1.0.
Crossdraw has identified and
addressed corporate and business communication challenges that all growing enterprises
face. In doing so, our customers are able to focus their attention solely on making their
business grow, building on-line communities, projects, and sales, and helps them prosper
in today's fast-paced market environment. Crossdraw is presently developing a national
sales force that will provide our customers with a more personal and intimate buying
experience-an experience typically not expected when dealing with traditional Application
Service Providers. |

|
Crossdraw currently has over
45,000 users world wide, ranging from government to high-tech to not-for-profit
association members. The Crossdraw team has grown to 24 and was recently featured by the
Ottawa Citizen as a High Tech Company to Watch.

support systems for customers looking to find ways to manage information and to
communicate more effectively with others.
Since 1995 he has been designing and building innovative, web-based solutions for people
needed to share information over large distance to large numbers of people. He built a
web-based clearinghouse for biodiversity information for the Canadian government and
designed electronic registries that allow governments to keep stakeholders informed on
government policies and activities using the technology that eventually formed the basis
for Orchestra. He helped pioneer advances in electronic service delivery for the Canadian
federal government, and was responsible for designing a system that allows citizens freer
access to government information and data in Canada. Overseas, Mr. Nishi designed an
environmental information management system for the government of Egypt, and designed an
